Listed below are our policies.

BOUTIQUE POLICY

  • Returns accepted for refund within seven (7) days with a receipt.
  • OM yoga credit for returns within thirty (30) days with a receipt.
  • Clothing must be unworn, yoga mats and props in their original packaging.
  • Used mats, blocks, and props are non-returnable.
  • Underwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Opened cd's and dvd's are non-returnable and exchangable only for the identical item.
  • All sale items are final sales.

MEMBERSHIP AND CLASS CARD POLICY

  • All membership and class cards have an expiration date and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Students are responsible for knowing when their class cards expire.  This includes introductory offers.
OM yoga WORKSHOP POLICY * Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration.
  • Refunds for cancellations up to two weeks prior to date of workshop, minus processing fee (varies by workshop).
  • OM yoga credit only is given for cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
  • No refunds, no credit less than seven (7) days of workshop.
  • If OM yoga cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued.
  • OM yoga reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.

OM yoga TEACHER TRAINING POLICY

  • Cancellations received on or before the acceptance notification date will be charged a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after the acceptance notification date will be charged a $250 processing fee.  Cancellation must be made in writing.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given starting two (2) days prior to the program start date.
  • All payments must be paid when due. Late fees will be applied for late payments.

OM-ON-ONE POLICY

  • Pre-payment at time of booking is required or a credit card number must be provided as security.
  • Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled session will receive a refund or OM yoga credit towards a future OM-on-One or class card purchase.
  • Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.
  • If purchasing a package of sessions the full price of the package will be charged.
