Are you ready?
OM yoga 200 hour Teacher Training applicants must:
1. Have a committed yoga practice of 2 years or more and be able to do urdhva danurasana, pincha mayurasana, sirsana (without the support of a wall), and adho mukha vrksasana (with or without the support of a wall).
2. Submit an application. If you would like to take advantage of the early bird price you must submit the FULL payment with your application. Otherwise, submit the $500 deposit with your application.
3. New York City Applicants ONLY must attend the 1-day OM yoga Teacher Training Immersion.
Applicants to the OM 300 Advanced and Women Cancer Survivor Teacher Training are required to:
1. Have a 200 hour certification.
2. Submit an application and $75 deposit for WCS and a $500 deposit for OM 300.
